5) Shipping and delivery conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1<\/strong>In standard delivery of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DPD, UPS, DHL, Hermes or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you wish to ship to another country, please write us an email before ordering (insert email address) and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about shipping options and costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

The delivery of goods takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address given in the order processing for jewelry boxes is decisive.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.2<\/strong> If the transport company sends the goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller announced the service a reasonable time in advance would have. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. For the return costs, if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, the provisions made in the seller\u2019s cancellation policy apply.<\/p>\n

5.3.1<\/b><\/span> Shipping within Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 0.00 euros per order. When shipping to German islands, we do not charge an island surcharge.<\/p>\n

For cash on delivery we charge an additional fee of 3 euros.<\/p>\n

The shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom are a flat rate of 6 euros per order.<\/p>\n

The shipping costs to Italy, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City are a flat rate of 7 euros per order.<\/p>\n

The shipping costs to the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain are a flat rate of 7.50 euros per order.<\/p>\n

The shipping costs to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Norway are a flat rate of 8 euros per order.<\/p>\n

The shipping costs to North America, Australia and New Zealand are a flat rate of 8.50 euros per order.<\/p>\n

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, the costs of transferring money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective article apply. There are no additional shipping costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.5<\/b> Information on calculating the delivery date<\/p>\n

In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been placed with the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.<\/p>\n
